Antenatal and Postnatal Health Education Programme was organized by the GNM 3rd year and ANM 2nd year students of SAFE Institution of Nursing College at Anganwadi Kendra Bourana Khedi. The event was conducted under the supervision of Mr. Vivek Trivedi, Assistant Professor in the Community Health Nursing Department, along with Ms. Diana Benjamin and Ms. Sophiya Shantwant, Tutors at SAFE Institution of Nursing College, part of LNCT Vidyapeeth University.
The primary agenda of the program was to enhance the knowledge of antenatal and postnatal mothers on the following topics:
- Antenatal Diet
- Postnatal Diet
- Antenatal Exercise
- Postnatal Exercise
- Breast Self-Examination
- Importance of Breastfeeding for Both Mother and Baby
- Breastfeeding Techniques
The programme was held under the guidance of Prof. Pinki Shrivastava, Principal of SAFE Institution of Nursing College, LNCT Vidyapeeth University.
