for Nursing students on the occasion of 
World Hepatitis Day 28th July 2026 with the theme:
“Hepatitis: 
Let’s Break It Down.” Topic: Needle Stick Injury NSI
Aim of the Expert Session:
To understand Hepatitis To create awareness about the prevention of Needle Stick Injury NSI. To understand the management of post-exposure Needle Stick Injury NSI. To improve students’ knowledge regarding the current guidelines for Needle Stick Injury NSI.
The expert lecture was delivered by Dr.(Prof.) Neelam Bharihoke, Professor & Head, Department of Pathology, LNCT Medical College and Sewakunj Hospital. 
The programme was well coordinated by Prof. Aline Upadhyay, Vice Principal, SAFE Institution of Nursing College, under LNCT Vidyapeeth University, Indore, Ms. Sona Malviya, Professor & Head, Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing, Mr. Akram Khan, Associate Professor, Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing, and Mrs. Heena Gurjar, Assistant Professor, Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing, under the guidance of Dr.(Prof.) Pinki Shrivastava, Principal, SAFE Institution of Nursing College, under LNCT Vidyapeeth University, Indore.
